What is a safety shutter and what are its features.
Safety shutter is mounted on the chassis of Easypact MVS/Masterpact NT/NW ACB, the safety shutters automatically block access to the
disconnecting contact cluster when the device is in the disconnected or test positions
(degree of protection IP 20) When the device is removed from its chassis, no live
parts are accessible.
The shutter-locking system is made up of a moving block (optional device) that can
be padlocked (padlock not supplied). The block:
>Prevents connection of the device
>Locks the shutters in the closed position
