It is not possible to change the application type of the Sepam by the process of firmware upgrade change. The firmware upgrade does not affect at all the application type of the Sepam.

For Sepam 20 and 40, if the application type is not the desired one, depending on the country, most of the time the customer will need to purchase a new Sepam 20 or 40 with the correct application type.

For Sepam 60 and 80, the customer just need to purchase a new cartridge with the correct application type.
