First you need to connect a wireless router to your device. Then you need to match the IP address range in DHCP settings of your router with the IP address of your device under menu COMMUNICATION/Protocol configuration. After that the Easergy P3 Smartphone & tablet application will find the device based on the IP address you enter when you do the connection.
You can also have the router to assign the IP address, under COMMUNICATION/Protocol configuration you can activate DHCP service instead of giving the IP address and the router will set the address dynamically. Please also select “Enable IP verification service” to monitor duplication of IP addresses.
