100% means 2X the drives current IN ratings.
Resolution:
[Motor Current] OCr Current in the motor, from 0 to 2 In (In = rated drive current indicated in the
Installation manual and on the drive nameplate)
If you want to reduce the range down to 0 to 1 In just change the max percent down to 50%
