When I do a "Direct Connection" with Micrologic X using Ecoreach, I get an error "No UTA or USB connection found"?
Problem: When the user attempts to establish a direct connection with Micrologic X using the Ecoreach an Error message "No UTA or USB connection found on the PC for direct connection". Please refer to the attached Picture1.png.

Also, when the user opens the device manager the "Schneider Electric Micrologic X" appears in the other section with a warning icon. Please refer to the attached Picture2.png.

Proposed Workaround:

Please follow the steps as described below.

  1. Open the Device Manager on your computer from Control panel>>System & Security>>System>> Device manager.
  2. Navigate to the "Other Devices" section under "Device Manager" and now right click on the "Schneider Electric Micrologic X" and select "Update Driver Software" option.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to "Update the Driver Software".
