Issue:
The PME Windows services need to be restarted without having to individually stop and start each one.

Cause:
When performing PME maintenance or doing some testing, it may be required to start and stop all ION services. While some PME Windows services are dependent on others and can be restarted by restarting the parent service, many need to be individually restarted. This can be time consuming and is undesirable.

Resolution:

1. Download the attached script for the appropriate version of PME
2. Extract all from the download .zip file
3. Open both the start and stop version of the .ps1 files
   1. Open by right-clicking the file and selecting open with...
   2. select notepad
4. Open Powershell (x86) as an administrator on the PME application server
   1. 
5. Copy the script from the appropriate .ps1 file and paste the script into the powershell (x86) window
6. Use the Enter key from your keyboard to run the script and stop the services
7. Use this same method from steps 5 and 6 to start the services

Note: The scripts are intended to be used with PME v9.0, PME 2023, or PME 2024. For other versions, you will need to edit the scripts to remove the services that do not exist in older versions.
