Why doesn't the 0-based or 1-based addressing work properly in Vijeo Designer?

Resolution:
When a project is configured with tags that already use the 0-based addressing mode or 1-based addressing mode, changing the setting afterwards will not change anything and it will appear that the HMI is talking to one address off on the PLC. The correct way to fix the project is to delete the driver first and then re-add it with the correct addressing mode setting. This will allow the HMI to talk to the correct address on the PLC.
