1.Issue
Magelis HMI response slowly if the application is using alarm logging/save to file function.It will take several minutes to come out of screen saver or switch panel after touching the screen.
2.Environment
Issue happens in Magelis HMITargets which is running Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP6 or previous version.3.Resolution
1.Lower number of records being logged and lower intervals.2.Upgrade to Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP7 or later and enable “Multiple Subfolders” function(Press “Shift”+”X” in “Save to File” window).
3.Clean USB disk after backing up the data to PC regularly, then plug back the USB disk. It is not for long-term storage of mass data here.
