Unlike a typical electromechanical device, there are several variables that will directly impact the life expectancy of a solid-state device in a given application.
The ambient temperature is a determining factor which may limit the power that an electronic power supply can deliver continuously.
Excessively high temperatures around the electronic components significantly reduce their life.
Environmental conditions, such as humidity and dust may also affect operation and life cycle.
Since device does not have moving mechanical parts, a specific life cycle does not apply.
Schneider has tested an estimated MTBF, see the specification attached.
