Issue:
Relay stopped working and shows 061 under the fault.

Cause:
Extension module programming or connection
Resolution:
This can be triggered at the beginning of RUN on the smart relay application and the program is incompatible with the Input/Output extension physically connected to the power supply.
You have to retrieve the program in order to know if the expansion is correctly defined in the program.
Some possible reasons for the error
Expansion physically connected but not defined in the program
Expansion not present but defined in the program
A wrong expansion module is connected
Expansion module is defective.
