Issue: Customer receives a new module and wants to upgrade the FW of the module
Product: Partner Module PMEGPS0100
Environment: Control Expert V14, Windows 10 Professional
Resolution: The PMEGPS0100 does not currently support firmware updates using Unity Loader. The PMEGPS0100 supports web based firmware updates while in Boot Loader mode. To enter the boot loader, insert a paper clip or other small device through the small hole in the front panel labeled “Setup”. Depress the switch behind the hole until the front panel LEDs start to flash, approximately 5 seconds.
While accessing the webpage, the correct file can be browsed and downloaded to the GPS module.
