PME 8.X, 9.0, 2020 - ATS Load Data is not linked when generating EPSS Vista diagram from the Generator Performance Configuration Tool

Issue
When using the Generator Performance Configuration Tool to auto generate EPSS diagram in Vista and using ATS parameters, the link to the the ATS load data register is missing, therefore no value for this parameter.
ATS rating is linked but not the ATS load data.

Cause
Automatic linking to the register is missing

Resolution
Manually link the register in Vista to the ATS Load Data
1) Open the EPSS - ATS diagram in Vista
2) Go to Option > Show Toolbox
3) Right click on the box where the value were supposed to appear
4) Link > Custom > Edit Link
5) Select the correspondent source and measurement
