What are the hardware and software requirements for my PC to be able to install and run EcoStruxure Machine Expert PLC configuration software?

Processor: Intel^® Core^TM 2 Duo (or later)
RAM: 4 GB
Free hard drive space: 8GB including the memory space for compact software installation, temporary space for execution and space for saving applications
Display: resolution 1280x1024 pixels
Peripherals: mouse or compatible pointing device, USB Type-A port
Web access: Web installation and registration requires Internet access to the system.

Recommended:
Processor: Intel^® Core^TM i7 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB
Free hard drive space: 15 GB for the full software installation, temporary space for execution and space for saving applications
Display: resolution 1920x1080 pixels
Peripherals: mouse or compatible pointing device, USB Type-A port
Web access: Web installation and registration requires Internet access to the system.

EcoStruxure Machine Expert literature contains PDF-formatted documents that require the installation of the Adobe Reader TM. This reader is not part of the EcoStruxure Machine Expert installation but can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/go/getreader
