Issue:
Use default P3 driver in Profile editor.
Simulate alarm for this tag which is in the default driver but no alarm show up in PSO2020.

Cause: The root cause of this issue is the onboard alarms are disabled by default.
Answer:
The driver supports the download of on-board event logs. The device driver polls the device and checks for new log entries at regular intervals. The default polling interval is 500 m seconds.
Event log feature is disabled by default. To enable, set the parameter in the citect.ini file.
