After Configuring the M580 Safety hardware Configuration in Topology of EPE2020R2 software, sometimes you may experience, that Save operation fails with an error as shown below when you try to save the hardware configuration for first time.



This scenario can occur when you have upgraded your project from other versions to EPE2020R2. When ever you will restore the upgraded project, it does not contain the latest Foundation hardware templates. As Safety controllers & it's hardware were newly introduced in EPE2020R2, these hardware templates will not be available in existing foundation Library.
With out having hardware templates, system can not save the Hardware Configuration and thus fails with an error "Sequence Contains No Elements".

For resolving this issue, we have to Import the EPE2020R2 Foundation library to Global Templates, such that Safety hardware templates will be available for a successful Save operation.
The Foundation library (Foundation.sbk) is available in the folder "FL and GPL Templates/Templates" of the EPE2020R2 Software iso file.
