Connected with Power Monitoring Expert
Issue
Customers that have some Smartlink connected to Power Monitoring Expert complained that some Smartlink registers dropped to an older value after a power cycle of the product.
Cause of Issue
This is a known issue related to internal memory for devices that have Firmware lower than v2.4.6
Smartlink with Firmware v2.4.2 or lower are concerned.
Resolution
Download EcoStruxure Power Commission v2.20 (EPC)
Connect your Smartlink SIB directly to your EPC.
Launch the Smartlink FW upgrade to v2.4.6 with EPC.
