Issue:
Customer is trying to access the analog input/output settings on ATV6X0 and ATV9x0 by pressing the 3rd function key (marked as AI/AQ) but nothing happens.


Product Line:
Altivar Process:  ATV630, ATV650, ATV660, ATV680, ATV930, ATV950, ATV960, ATV980, APM

Environment:
Programming using the VW3A1111 keypad

Cause:
The Function Button doesn't work.

Resolution:
While the drive is powered, remove and reconnect the keypad.
This process should also work if any other function keys are not working.
Removing and reinstalling the keypad will not damage the drive or the keypad.
If the drive is being controlled by the keypad (HMI) removing it will generate an error.
