Issue

KPI Report not saving the calculated data into the database.

The following error message is logged into ION_Systemlog:

KPI Calculation Engine Failed. See system logs for details

"Could not load file or assembly 'MeasurementManager.Data, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Root Cause

The MeasurementManager.Data.dll file was missing from the system\ReportDataService\bin\

Proposed Solution

Make a copy of the MeasurementManager.Data.dll file located at system\bin and place it in the system\ReportDataService\bin folder
