Can an Altivar drive be used to create three phase power to supply an entire machine or system?

Resolution:

Altivar drives are designed to power motor loads only. It is a misapplication to use the drive output to power other loads, such as a control transformer, relay coils, resistive loads.

Drives can generally convert single phase power to three phase (check ratings) and will vary the output voltage and frequency to control a motor load.

A drive can power a machine motor, but all other loads on the machine need to have a separate power supply.
