In EcoStruxure Machine SCADA expert, there are two kind of license

• Hardkey
• Softkey

When softkey is using, the license is linked to the Site code of one of your network card.
To find the Site Code, need to start "EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert 2020 Register" and select SoftKey

This article is application for EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert, all versions

This error may occur, when there are too much network card in the configuration.
The solution to be able to create the SiteCode in this situation, is to desactivate the not necessary network card and let only the main one.

In general this action is enough to fix the problem and generate the Site Code.
If the problem still occur, do not hesitate to contact the technical support
