Resolution:

-Edit the Group Policy : WIN +R  then enter : gpedit.msc

- Go on Computer Configuration / Windows Settings /

Security Settings / Public Key Policies /Certificate Pass Validation Settings

- from this page select tab Network retrieval, check option Define these policy settings and apply these values:

1 instead of 15 (Default URL) and 2 instead to 20 (Default path validation).
