We recommend installing Framework 3.5 with which the software should work in harmony,
Follow below steps to download the 'Framework 3.5'.
- Open Microsoft website (www.microsoft.com)
- Go to DOWNLOAD CENTER section.
- Download Framework v3.5 and follow further process.
However, there is a chance that .Net framework 3.5 is not enabled on user’s system even though it is installed.
Kindly refer the below attached screenshot for checking .NET Framework 3.5 Enabled/Disabled state.
Procedure:
- Select Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features
- Select Turn Windows features on or off.
- Select check box available next to .NET Framework 3.5 (If already installed)
- Restart the machine when prompted.
