Issue :
While associating a Panel server Gateway (PAS600 or PAS800) to EcoStruxure Facility Expert web portal, you may see an error message : “Your Topology is not found. please commission your panel server in EPC and try again” (refer screen shot below)
When this issue occurs:
This error occurs while commissioning the Panel server gateway (PAS600 or PAS800) to EcoStruxure Facility Expert web portal. Precisely when you are trying to associate the Panel server Serial ID to Facility Expert as shown in above screen shot.
Why this issue occurs:
Reason 1 :
When the topology shared by Panel server to cloud exceeds more than 256kb, you will see such kind of error Facility Expert. To check if this is the actual issue, you can check the diagnostic logs of panel server as shown in the below Picture 1:

How to recover/avoid this issue:
When such error occurs, we recommend you to delete few devices commissioned in the panel server and perform again “Publish Topology”. Again download the Panel server logs and check for the similar messages give in Picture 1. If you do not see such message about topology file size exceeding 256kb, you can retry associating the Panel server serial ID with Facility Expert.
Is still issue persists, we recommend you to contact Schneider Electric country customer support
Reason 2:
This error may also occur when you have not published the Topology from Panel server and was trying to associate the Panel server Serial Id with Facility Expert.
How to recover/avoid this issue:
You need to first Connect the Panel server to cloud, then perform the "Publish Topology" and then later do the commissioning steps on Facility Expert .
So do remember to commission your Panel server first and then later Facility Expert to avoid such issues
