What can be connected to the Serial Port on my Smart-UPS?

Issue:
When connecting the wrong cable to the Serial Port on your Smart-UPS, it may cause the output to turn off when on or for the output to not turn on at all.

Resolution:
Please only connect the proper Serial Cable your Smart-UPS comes with to the Serial Port on the back of your Smart-UPS so you do not run into any issues with your Smart-UPS.
