In Ecostruxure power commission, What user should do when the see " Application failed to launch " PORT In USE error while launching
1. Go to launch logs by accessing this path in your local computer
C:\Users\SESXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Schneider-Electric\Ecoreach\Logs
User directory
2. Open EPC EPCLaunchLog.txt logs
3.Scroll down to view logs with latest date
4. when user sees logs with text  as shown below : For example
launch- port in use

5. Node server is not up- which refers , NODE Socket Server port  (8084)is occupied by some other application .
6. To free up the occupied ports , Please refer attached troubleshooting guide (Page -30 to 32) with the help of local IT team.
