PowerChute reports “Error registering with the Network Management Card.”

PowerChute Network Shutdown version 4.x or 5.x

Environment:
PowerChute Virtual Machine
All supported Linux OS
All supported Windows OS

Cause:
Connection issue with the APC Network Management Card.
