Cause
Password change management is not managed from the top admin banner of the webpage. But it is managed in settings menu.

Resolution

Please follow the below is the procedure for changing password. These steps are updated in the user guide of the gateway.


Note

Since this product is discontinued and there is no more enhancement/engineering/development. Please consider EcoStruxure Panel Server (PAS) as replacement of the gateway.
