PME2024 TGML Component Binding

Issue Description:
TGML component binding is not working in PME2024.

Environment:
PME Graphic Designer

Cause:
The binding property was changed in PME 2024, which prevents the use of component binding.

Below error will appear in the web application:

Resolution:
Follow these steps to fix the component binding issue:

1. Navigate to the PME installation folder.
2. Open app.js from this location: Applications\\SystemDataService\\Content\\Applications\\Diagrams\\Scripts\\TGMLviewer.
3. Search for bindings[bindFullName] = bindName; in app.js.
4. Comment out bindings[bindFullName] = bindName;.
5. Save app.js.
6. Perform an IIS reset and refresh the PME web application.
