Issue
ION8650 battery has been replaced but the value still shows the old battery percentage.

Cause
Following a battery replacement, the ION8650 may still reflect the old battery percentage value. The battery percentage value may need to be reset and manually edited.
Resolution
The ION8650 must first be placed into test mode.
1- If you have a locked meter, the only way to put it into test mode is to remove the cover and press the test mode button.
2- If your meter is not locked, it is possible to use external Boolean in ION Setup Advanced Mode -> Ext Bool 13 "Test Mode Enable" -> Output Register -> By holding Shift + Left Click -> ON or OFF.
Once the meter is placed in Test Mode, the new value will be accepted in ION Setup -> Setup Assistant -> Clock -> Timezone -> Percentage Battery Remaining -> Edit
