Need to replace a faulty or end-of-life power module to ensure continued UPS operation.

Resolution:
To replace the power module in your APC Smart-UPS Modular Ultra 5-20kW, follow these steps:

1. Release the thumb-screw, push it down or up depending on where the power module is placed.
2. Pull the power module out.
3. Insert the new power module all the way in.
4. Secure the new power module with the thumb-screw.
