Data is oversampled with a new value recorded every 5 minutes and transferred once a day. Alert functionality is also available to the user. Using the dashboard, the user can configure limits for temperature and water activity that trigger the logger to immediately upload the new data, set an alert notification on the dashboard, and optionally send an email to a specified email address.
