How to Connect the Internal Battery in BXR and BVXR UPS models.

Product line:

Back-UPS BXR and Easy-UPS BVXR

Environment:

All models, all serial numbers.

Cause:
When the customer receives their UPS, the internal battery will be disconnected.

Resolution:

To connect the internal battery in the UPS, follow the steps below:

1. Place the UPS on its side.
2. Slide the battery connector to the left to connect the battery.
3. Ensure that the battery connect icon is now showing the battery connected in the connector slide compartment.
