RemoteConnect error "DTMS not found in the catalog"

After installation, if RemoteConnect is launched and it reports the following error:

This can occur if RemoteConnect DTMs are not installed correctly.


Solution:

• To update the catalogue, try clicking the update catalogue button.
• The installation file for RemoteConnect must be located on the local drive C:.
• Make sure that the downloaded zipped file is unblocked (2-RemoteConnect-R-2.7.3_Ecostruxure-Control-Expert-V-15.1.zip in the screen capture below)

• Verify under the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files that the FDT and Schneider Electric Shared are complete.
