Yana Achmad Haikal's current position is Business VP Secure Power, Indonesia and Timor Leste Cluster, previously he led the team for Channel Secure Power, Indonesia. He had been with Schneider Electric for this past 7 years. With education background off Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and Master of Management in International Management, Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

Ferry Kurniawan started the journey with Schneider Electric in Partner Products and EcoBuilding Division. He also been appointed as Regional Offer Marketing Manager, East Asia & Japan before his current position as Indonesia Country Segment Lead for healthcare and real estate. He joined Schneider Electric since April 2013 and held Bachelor of Computer Science from Holmesglen Institute.

Tonny Kusumo serves as the Industry Business Vice President of Schneider Electric Indonesia, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong record of success to his role. Previously, he held key positions within Schneider Electric, including Channel Marketing Manager for Industry Business and Business Offer Manager. Since joining Schneider Electric in 2011, Tonny has showcased his expertise across various domains such as Industry Automation Business Offer Marketing, Channel Marketing, Partner Management and Project Management. With over a decade of industry experience, he has consistently driven business success and delivered impactful results, particularly in marketing strategy, tactical transactional campaigns, and partner ecosystem development. In his current capacity, Tonny is dedicated to propelling growth and digital transformation within the Industry domain while nurturing robust relationships with industry stakeholders. He is deeply committed to empowering customers to optimize energy usage through automation, electrification, and digitalization, all in pursuit of a more resilient and sustainable future. Roberto Rossi is The Cluster President of Indonesia and Timor Leste, He held his Master degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Argentina and graduated from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional Electrical Engineer for his bachelor degree. He began his career at Schneider Electric since 2009 and held various positions including Power Systems Vice President for South America.

Hedi Santoso, Business Vice President - Industry Automation for Indonesia and Timor Leste,  started the journey with Schneider Electric 19 years ago. He held various positions including as the Head of Indonesia West Operations and Standardization and prescription leader for the country. He held his Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University. 

Martin Setiawan is the Cluster President of Schneider Electric Indonesia & Timor-Leste. He previously served as Vice President for Industry from 2022 to 2024 and Vice President for Power Products and Digital Energy from 2017 to 2022. In his role as Cluster President, Martin is dedicated to driving growth, sustainability, and digital transformation in the region, while fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. Martin joined Schneider Electric in 2010 and held various leadership roles at Schneider Electric, spanning across Power Products, Digital Energy, Industry Automation, Channel Management, Marketing and Sales Management. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Martin has a proven track record of driving business success and delivering impactful results. He is known for his strategic vision, innovation mindset, and ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential. Martin is committed to leverage technology to create a net zero and inclusive future for all.
