Here are the levels that the XBTHPE terminals withstand:
Insulation resistance test :
With a voltage of 500V dc, applied between power connections and enclosure ---> Resistance < 10Mohms for new product. Resistance < 1Mohms after heat/humidity test.

Dieletric strength :
With a voltage of 500V ac , applied between each internal isolated cards and then , between all the internal card and the enclosure ---> Leackage current < 5mA.
