What advantages are offered by disconnectable fuse chambers?

A fuse rating error could cause overheating and destroy one or more fuse chambers.
Each RM6 fuse chamber can be replaced and this is an strong important point in front of most of our competitors units.
In there RMU / GIS PRODUCTS , competitors are including fuse chambers inside SF6 tanks, so if a chamber is damaged the total unit must be replaced.

The RM6 fuse chamber replacement must be carried out by Schneider-Electric After Sales division.
