Cause:
To determine warranty status or check the Bill of Materials for spare parts.
Resolution:
On the back of the E-Flex enclosure door is the nameplate. At the bottom of the nameplate, you will see "Made in USA" or "Made in Mexico". The second box is a two digit plant code. The third box is an 11 digit number which is our Factory Order/Q2C number.
