Some user knew how to get crash log from NOE module by web, it is differnt for NOC module.
The NOC crash log can be get by the following way.
1. Connect the PC to the NOC.
2. open "cmd" window, refer to the attachment picture
3. Go to the following direction to get the sysLog.txt file
