When you have a 32 bit data type that is assigned to an odd memory word in Premium, the UMAC standard converter creates an unlocated variable with that name. When that variable is required in logic or is its value is changed then a corresponding PULL or PUSH is created in a separate section of logic.
For single variables, the Fix Alignment Constraints (32-bit data types starting on odd %MWs) checkbox is used to select whether or not the odd assigned 32 bit data types are handled. The checkbox that you have highlighted is for DDTs and arrays of 32 bit data types that are assigned to odd memory words. They are handled the same way with the appropriate PULL and PUSH calls as required.
