Cemal Tosun graduated from Marmara University, Business Administration department in 2006 and he holds a master’s degree of International Business & Marketing at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Science in Finland. He started his career as a financial auditor at an international company in 2007. He joined Schneider Electric as a financial manager in 2011 and in 2014 he was appointed as CFO to Günsan Elektrik and Himel Elektrik, the Company’s subsidiaries. Started leading a team from 60 countries as Global Value Brand Business Finance Director-Overseas in 2019, Tosun continues his career as Strategy & Digital Transformation Director since 2020. With a strong ability to translate business needs into innovative solutions and driving projects to achieve successful results; Tosun focuses on delivering value through exploiting current technological advances and transforming business to adapt the latest market trends. He has proven leadership skills and experience by managing multinational, multi-location teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and end to end digital customer journey. With an extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Sustainability, Behavioral Finance, Finance for Non-Finance; he is an expert in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive the company’s strategic vision.

İsmail Yamangil graduated from Marmara University, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department and he holds a master’s degree of Business Administration at Izmir University of Economics. Passionate about innovation and technology, he has built a career around technologies that can make the world a more sustainable and liveable place for all people on earth. He joined Schneider Electric in 2007 and has hold different positions in TURCAP (Turkey, Central Asia and Pakistan) Cluster and Gulf Cluster. Before getting appointed as Country General Manager of Turkey in 2022, he served as Country General Manager of Qatar. His career at Schneider Electric has developed around transactional channels and Yamangil has an extensive experience in distribution business, and also building, developing and managing a wide range of value-add channels such as Original Equipment Manufacturers, System Integrators and Panel Builders in different countries like Turkey, Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Qatar. Yamangil, who served as the Country Manager for Schneider Electric Turkey until September 2023, now holds the position of "Schneider Electric Turkey, Central Asia Regional President." In this role, he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies aimed at fostering growth and development in Turkey and the Central Asia region, which includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. He collaborates with universities and organizations on student development projects and attend career events to enable young people to make a confident start to their careers with a more hopeful look on their future. He is a UN #HeForShe Corporate Impact Champion and passionately support initiatives around gender equality, diversity and inclusion.
