This document is to inform customers of a period of time in which some Remote Display ION73XX units were shipped with the incorrect display cable.
The standard cable shipped with all 73XX remote display optioned meters (RMDs), is a parallel DB25 male/female cable. The incorrect cable shipped is a parallel DB25 female/female cable. Details of this issue can be found in the following "Customer Information Bulletin" document:

Customers are advised to contact technical support for a replacement cable to be sent.
