Why an Exclamation mark as unknown device is shown on Windows device manager of Harmony P6?

The Exclamation mark as unknown device is shown on Windows device manager of Harmony P6.



This issue is shown with such hardware:

Harmony P6 Series

HMIP6******

This Hardware runs a Windows 10 OS image.


To fix this issue and to unshown the Exclamation mark as unknown device on Device Manager,
It can be solved by “Restore Defaults” on BIOS.

1. Enter the BIOS

1) Turn on the product.
2) While the boot screen is displayed, press either the [DEL] or [ESC] key.
3) Enter the password
(Default password: Please refer "UEFI BIOS" on "Harmony P6, User Manual")
4) The BIOS screen will display.

2. “Save and Exit” on BIOS

1. Select” Restore Defaults” and “Enter” by Keyboard

2. Select “Yes” and “Enter” by Keyboard

3. Select “Save Changes and Reset” by keyboard

4. Select “Yes” and “Enter” by Keyboard

5. Product will be restarted as updated BIOS to unshown the Exclamation mark as unknown device on Device Manager:
