Issue
When logging into the PME 7.2 Web Applications and using a particular version of Internet Explorer 10, it is possible that an error dialog will be displayed stating "An error occurred communicating with the server while loading data. The application needs to restart."

Cause
The browser definition files need to be updated so ASP.NET can recognize Internet Explorer version 10.
Resolution
Install the hotfix that can be downloaded from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2600088. The hotfix will solve the problem and make all IE10 update versions work fine with PME 7.2.
