PM5560 meter is designed in a way that if the meter detects IP conflict or (duplicate IP detection) then the device will automatically fall back to default IP address.
Default IP address is use 85.16 as the first two values of the IP address, then convert the last two hexadecimal values of the MAC address to decimal and use this as the last two values of the IP address
Example: MAC address = 00:80:67:82:B8:C8
Default IP address = 85.16.184.200
You can observe this behavior in the meter HMI and system log.
Log in to meter using FTP - Navigate the FW folder and check the system log for the below events :
20 07/11/2016 20:20:39.499: fdr: duplicated IP configured, fall back to default IP
