When upgrading to latest version of Control Expert where the created version was before CE V14.1, it may be linked to password issues.
Either you may have a password with no protection or a protection with an empty password which is no more allowed with CE V15 and up.
The workaround is either to upgrade to CE V15.1 where the Control Expert fixes the issue.
If you want to stay with CE V15, you can export the DFBs and reimport them, this should fix the issue.
