After what date was the DEO (Works) specification cable earthing device for feeder pillars was changed to MkII?

The incoming disconnector cable earthing device for feeder pillars manufactured to DEO (Works) specification 039, was changed to MKII from 11/11/98 onwards.  Should you require further assistance, please contact the following.
