What retaining bracket (or clip) is required to backfeed a branch breaker for the Homeline 150 to 225 A, convertible, main lug load centers?
Issue:
The catalog numbers of the retaining kits to back feed a branch breaker for Homeline convertible main lug load centers.

Product Line:
Load Centers

Resolution:
The 150 to 225 A, Homeline, series S01, S02, S03, and S04, convertible, main lug load centers can be converted to a main breaker using the standard QOM2 main breakers that install at the top of the interior and do not use branch positions.

BUT, if a backfed branch breaker is used as a main breaker in the above stated load centers from 150 to 225 A load centers, the following retaining kits would be required:
1) Use catalog number HOM4RK2HA to secure ONE 2-pole, up to 125amp MAXIMUM branch breaker, installed on the right side of the interior when used as a back-fed main for the 150 to 225 ampere convertible main lug load centers.
2) Use catalog number HOM5RK to secure ONE, 2pole, 150 to 200 Amp branch breaker when used as a back-fed main for the 150 to 225 ampere convertible main lug load centers.
NOTE: The 2pole, 150 to 200amp branch breakers REQUIRE 4 POLE SPACES ON THE INTERIOR.
