HCM-MP or a HCP-M Panelboard can be converted from bottom to top feed in the field or vice versa

Cause:
A customer may wish to convert their panelboard from bottom feed to top feed or from top feed to bottom feed in the field.
Resolution:
Yes, a customer would need to rotate the interior and the breaker.
If the panelboard is top feed and you are converting it to bottom feed you will need to move the lugs from the line side of the MGM main breaker to the load side of the breaker (convert the breaker from the MGM to MGP).
If the panelboard is bottom feed and you are converting it to top feed you will need to move the lugs from the load side of the MGP main breaker to the line side of the beaker (convert the breaker from an MGP to MGM)
