Can the VISI-TITE bolt used in old style (Series 1, 2, or 3) EZ Meter-Pak be replaced in the field?

Resolution:
No. Old style EZM made use of a sliding joint-pak and a single VISI-TITE two headed joint bolt in each cabinet. Once the outer head of this VISI-TITE Bolt was broken off (at the first installation), a second hex head remains that can now be used as a normal bolt. A label near the bolt head indicates the proper torque to be applied the next time this sliding joint-pak needs to be reinstalled.
