How can I get the report generator software for the S33595 FFTK (full function test kit)?

Resolution:
To obtain that software, you may purchase the CD with it, part number FFTKRPT-V1-0 (FFTKRPTV10) or may download the attached file.

NOTE: A customer supplied serial (RS-232) cable is also required to connect from the FFTK to the computer.

NOTE: The software does not work on Windows 8 or Windows 10, and there are no plans to update it to work on those OS.
